    Porritt House is a Private Senior Living Home, in Lytham St Annes on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire, providing Luxury Accommodation for clients who wish to live Independently in a Residential environment which also offers All Inclusive Hotel Style Services.  Trading since 1998, formerly as Northcroft House, the expansion of the property to include the adjacent residential dwelling enabled us to over double our capacity and improve our facilities with the addition of a secure landscaped rear sensory garden, a Sauna and Jacuzzi room and a private gym.
    Since its inception in 1996 our family run home has provided the very best with period property accomodation and both modern facilities and services. 

    All inclusive packages offer our clients the opportunity to live in private suites with Galley Kitchens, En-suite wetrooms, separate sleeping areas or bedrooms or in luxury studio suites.  Daily services include Breakfast served to the suite, lunches and teas served in the modern spacious dining/function room and a final supper drink served again to the clients own suite.

    A high quality drinks machine, including freshly ground coffere, is available in the Garden Lounge throughout the day, but clients may prefer to prepare their own drinks in their suites using their own personal kitchen facilities, especially for guests.
