Classic Studio Suite
Our Classic Studio Suites start at around 20 square metres (215 sq ft ). They are available on the ground and first floor of the property to provide the same level of convenience to all our
permanent residents and to offer a place for people with limited resources, making our community more affordable and therefore accesible to our local area. Suites on the first floor have easy
ramp access to our sun trap roof garden with artificial grass surface, suitable for Bowls and Putting all year round in dry weather.

Deluxe Studio & Bed Suite Suites
Deluxe Studio suites have an individual design and layout depending on their location within the home and are available on all floors. Suites styles and sizes vary considerably to offer a
greater choice for personal preference but all are in excess of 22sqm. approx 225 square feet, which is almost DOUBLE the size of a care home room.
